How Our Engagement Process Typically Works

The Complimentary WhiteBoard or ThinkSpace Session: This is just as much an opportunity for us to get to know you as it is an opportunity for you to evaluate us. We give you 2-3 hours of our time to help think through a problem, opportunity, or future vision. As you see us in action, you get an idea of how we think and operate. We also get to see how you think and operate—so we can decide if we’re the right fit for you. These sessions can be done remotely, but we prefer to do them in person.

The LightHouse Project: Coming out of the WhiteBoard Session, if there is an opportunity for us to move the needle of success on a project that is really important to you, we’ll engage and get that done. A LightHouse Project can last as little as 2-3 weeks or as long as a year. It just depends on where we both agree we can have the greatest immediate impact.

The Transformation Roadmap & Execution: If and when there is major work ahead - be it an ERP/SIS replacement, an AI transformation, or the modernization of business process, we enter a multi-year partnership - often overseeing other vendors - and ensuring your outcomes are achieved - no matter what it costs us, or how long it takes.
