How Our Engagement Process Works

This is just as much an opportunity for us to get to know you as it is an opportunity for you to evaluate us. We give you 2-3 hours of our time to help think through a problem, opportunity, or future vision. As you see us in action, you get an idea of how we think and operate. We also get to see how you think and operate—so we can decide if we’re the right fit for you. If the audience is 1-3 key executives, we host a WhiteBoard session. If you’d like to invite a larger group (Cabinet, CSuite etc), we host a Thinkspace. We pay for our own time. You pay for our travel & lodging.

The LightHouse Project: Coming out of the WhiteBoard or ThinkSpace, if there is an opportunity for us to move the needle of success on a project that is really important to you, we’ll engage and get that done. A LightHouse Project can last as little as 2-3 weeks or as long as a year. It just depends on where we both agree we can have the greatest immediate impact.
